Background: Ultra started to offer cell phone plans under the ACP. What’s the ACP? Good question. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Government Subsidy Program that gives qualified Customers up to $30/mo off of their wireless service. And like most government programs, the ACP is pretty complex—which means A LOT of writing that fully encompasses the scope of the program without overwhelming users and providing step-by-step instructions on how to enroll.
