Overview

Challenge: Our project aimed at leveraging the Super Bowl 2023 event to boost customer conversion by upgrading Mint Mobile's free trial offer from 7 days to 30 days. Previously, customer confusion caused by unclear promotions and fears about the loss of service quality when switching carriers were the significant roadblocks.

Project Goals:

• Encourage more users to try the upgraded 30-day free trial.
• Clarify promotions and alleviate customer concerns about service quality.

• Customers prefer clarity in promotions
